Front-end Clients ​

1- Login by your account.
2- On the Top-Right, click on your Name.
3- On the left side menu, click on the Bookings History.

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it in these easy steps:

1- On the client login page in Top-right, click on the Sign in to your account.

2- Click on the Forgot your password? link and enter the email address you registered with. 

3- We’ll send you an email with a link to reset your password. 

TIP: If you haven’t received our email, kindly check your spam or junk folder.

Property ​

How to setup and configure my property?

To create a new property follow these simple steps:

1- Login by your admin account on the admin control panel.
2- On the left side, click on the Properties List.
3- On the Properties List page, click on the Add Property button.
4- Fill in all the required fields.

1- Go to the property button and click on the Gallery tab.
2- And Drag & drop the photos or press the Upload button.

The Social media icons you can set that will be displayed on the business details page :

You have to activate the online booking option, to do that, follow the steps below:

1- Go to the property details.
2- Click on the Allow online booking button to make it from No to Yes.

Bookings

Yes, you can export bookings in different formats. You can either download a file with booking details or use a link for a feed that loads all the bookings.

1- Go to the Bookings on the left side menu.
2- Click on the Exports Bookings button.

 

Yes, you can. From the client tab, you can search for an existing client.

Booking notes usually include information such as the special requirements from clients or from the employee.

To add a note:

1- Go to your Bookings and create a new booking (or select one that’s already has been scheduled)

2- Go to Client Tab.

3- Scroll down to Booking Notes.

4- Click Submit to confirm your booking notes.

Note:

Booking notes can be viewed in the Client’s Messages on their profile and on the invoice.

Invoices​

You can do it in two easy steps:


1- From the left side menu, click on the invoices.
2- On the right side, click on the arrow beside the invoice and click on the “Email invoice”.

Reports

 There are two submenus:

1- Employees report:

     You can generate a report for a specific service and date range. You can also generate the results based on the number of services each employee did or the total amount paid for these services.

Employee

As the business owner, you can set their permissions based on what you’d like them to have, We’ve made a high variety of the permissions to gives you more control:

To do that:

1- From the employee menu on the left side, click on the Pen Icon/Employee Photo.

2- From the Permissions tab, you can Enable/Disable what you like.

It’s good to know these statistics, you can view them from:

1- The employee menu on the left side, click on the Pen Icon/Employee Photo.

2- Click on the Rate Statistic tab.

You can use it for a specific date, if the employee is on vacation or has a special case, it will take effect on the default working time.

Ratings
